Product returns
What is your return policy?
We guarantee your full satisfaction with our products. Otherwise, you will be able to return or exchange items within thirty days of receiving the order with a Return Product Authorization. The customer pays only the return shipping fees. Please note that to be eligible to return items, they must be in the condition they were purchased, contain all product documentation, and be shipped within 30 days.
What cannot be returned within 30 days?
Returns of engraved jewelry are not allowed, except for rings. Diamonds purchased as part of our Diamant cannot be returned for credit. The money for all engraved rings will be refunded, discounting the payment for engraving. The erasure of the engravings made by Dídiamant of those rings that are returned and exchanged for another or that their size is changed will not be charged. There will be no additional charge for re-engraving. Special orders are non-return sales and are not eligible for returns.
Can I process returns online?
Yes, as long as the item was purchased in the US and has a value of up to $ 500. For faster exchanges, consider returning for a refund and placing a new order.
What items cannot be processed online?
All items purchased for a value greater than USD 500, international orders and returns from US customers who want to change, repair or resize an item, or in the case of loose diamonds that need to be set. If any of the above conditions apply, please contact a diamond and jewelry consultant for more information.
Can I return an item that I received as a gift?
Yes, Didiamant will be happy to exchange it for product credit within 30 days of purchase. Place the gift in its original packaging with the receipt (if you have one) and ship via FedEx (preferably) with the shipping label we provide or via a carrier of your choice. Yes. The return will be credited to you in the form of a Dídiamant gift certificate.
Will the person who bought my returned gift know that I returned it?
No, we will not notify the buyer of the return of the gift.
Am I obliged to use the Dídiamant shipping method?
No. You can choose the transportation you prefer, but we recommend insuring the shipment, especially for items with a value of USD 500 or more.
Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?
Yes. We deduct FedEx shipping costs from your refund credit on returned items under $ 500. For non-FedEx returns, you will have to arrange your own shipment and bear any costs.
How should I pack my return for shipping?
Submit the product return authorization online (or by calling Dídiamant) and we will send you an email with detailed explanations of the correct packaging process.
How long will it take Dídiamant to process my product return?
On average, 4-5 business days from the time we receive your item, enter it into the system, and send it to our Quality Control department (approximately 24 hours, Monday through Friday). For returned items, please allow an additional 2-3 days before the package is shipped.
I hope my returned item will be replaced. How long will it take to arrive?
Once we process your return, you will receive your outbound package within 2-3 business days. On the day of shipment, you will receive a confirmation email before 5pm. m. Pacific time.
Will I receive a notification during the product return process?
Yes. Once your package arrives at Dídiamant, you will receive an email 1 to 2 business days later to inform you that your return is being processed.
When should I expect to receive my return credit?
US customers should allow 3-5 business days from the time the funds confirmation email reaches their account. From there, the processing time varies depending on your credit card fund transfer policy. For international credits, you will have to wait up to 7 additional days (Monday through Friday).
Will Dídiamant keep me informed during the return process?
Yes. You will receive an email from us that will inform you that we have received your return, then another that will inform you that it was sent to our Quality Control department. For returned items, we will email you the shipping information no later than 9 AM EST on the day of shipment.
Can I track the status of my return order?
Yes. Go to Return status to check the status of your delivery in real time.
Can I do a "rush order" for my return?
Yes. You can choose FedEx Overnight Delivery, which will significantly speed up the process. Shipping charges will be much higher than for FedEx Ground shipments.

Are discounts available?

Why can't I find discounts for your loose diamonds?
At Dídiamant, we are committed to offering high quality loose diamonds at the lowest price available. In fact, we are so confident in our pricing that we offer a price match program - if you find a advertised diamond of similar size, shape and quality, we will try to match our competitor's price.

How is my order packed?
For standard orders within the United States, we ship with secure packaging materials without identification. Inside, you will see the gift presentation with the elegant Dídiamant brand, ideal for storage for personal purposes or as a gift. See additional shipping options here
I will send it as a gift. What options do I have when placing my order?
For that extra personal touch, we recommend choosing a custom engraving. It is available on most of our rings and all engravable items. We also offer polishing cloths, our own professional jewelry cleaner, and complimentary gift cards (plain or personalized). You can also request a gift receipt.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will send you a confirmation email on the day of shipment with your order tracking information. You will be informed of the status of the transportation process at each step. In addition, you can access the shipping information using the link "Order Status" or with a click here
Does sales tax apply to shipments to my state? What are the fees and taxes?
For orders within the United States, we apply sales tax for purchases that are shipped to the states of Washington, New York, and Virginia. We apply fees and taxes for shipments to Canada and within the European Union (EU). For all other international destinations, customs will contact you in the event that you have to pay additional taxes or fees. Warranty
Do you offer a guarantee for the jewels that I buy in Dídiamant?
Yes. To stay true to our high standards of customer satisfaction, we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by shock, neglect, lack of regular maintenance, loss or theft.
How do I care for and maintain the new jewel that I have purchased?
We offer a courtesy cleaning and product review service (recommended every six months), as well as a suggested preventive measure against the possibility of loss of any of the stones or damage when the frames are bent, pulled, snagged. or break during normal use. All we ask is that you cover the shipping and insurance to transport the ring to our establishment. And as a thank you for choosing Dídiamant, we will take care of the shipment back to you.
How can I insure my purchase against damage, theft or loss?

Diamonds and diamond jewelry
My ring is defined as a "special request". Why do I need to contact Customer Service to complete the sale?
The ring you have chosen requires a longer lead time (4-6 weeks) and should be specially ordered for you. These are often non-return items and prices may vary depending on certain criteria required in order to personalize the ring. Contact a Dídiamant jewelry or diamond advisor for a quote within 2-5 business days (depending on the complexity of the order).
When is the best time to buy a diamond?
Diamond prices are determined based on unpredictable market fluctuations, which can occur at any time and without prior notice. So in fiscal terms, it is a risky business. But if you are currently looking for a diamond and have chosen one but are reluctant to finalize the purchase, please contact us within 72 hours and we will freeze the price for you. However, in fairness, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors when they occur.
Helpful Hint: If you find a diamond that is very similar to another (but at a lower price) and you want to prevent a connoisseur from visiting our site, quickly identifying and purchasing it, we suggest that you ask us to make a 48-hour reservation.
Why do virtually identical diamonds differ in price?
o We are constantly mining diamonds to offer the highest quality at the most competitive price. In industry, prices are based on the purchasing power of suppliers and market conditions at the time of extraction. We price our diamonds according to our costs, not those of the current market, or simply because of their quality and size. And, no matter how competitive the price of a diamond is at Didiamant, we always pass the savings on to you.
Helpful Fact: Select clients tend to quickly identify the best values for a seemingly identical diamond. Therefore, if you are interested in a diamond that appears to be of higher value, please contact one of our diamond experts to inquire about its characteristics. If the diamonds are roughly the same and the value of one is higher than the other, they tend to sell quickly. If you ask for more time to make a decision, our diamond experts will reserve the diamond in question (with no obligation to purchase) in 24 to 48 hours.
Are your ring mounts available without a center stone?
Yes. Many of the ring mounts are available for purchase, except those that have integrated heads that secure the diamond, such as halo mounts, bezel rings, three-stone rings, and jewelry from the Monique Lhuillier collection. Important: We do not offer changes to the size of empty frames and they are only accepted for return within 30 days (in original and unaltered condition). What is your ring sizing policy?
Dídiamant provides a complementary size adjustment during the first year for; Build your own traditional metal ring, diamond rings, and alliances if it is within the manufacturer's recommended size range. Contact a diamond and jewelry consultant at 800-242-2728 to request a free size change.
You cannot resize gem and diamond eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size, decorated or milgrain rings, some silver rings, or rings with alternative metals such as tungsten. We can exchange your ring for another of another size. It is important to note that, if you request a change, your new ring may have a different amount of gems or diamonds, or a reduction or increase in the weight of precious metals that can cause a change in the price.
