Policies for Cash Refunds and Parts Exchanges

The purpose of this document is to establish the policy for cash refunds and exchanges of parts, as well as to establish the guidelines under which the respective refund processes will be executed, thus complying with legal regulations.

Likewise, Dídiamant is committed to ensuring a timely and safe response to customers during after-sales service processes.

 

Guidelines

 

If the order placed through the website for the jewelry pieces (Diamonds, Engagement Rings, Eternity Bands, Wedding Bands, Jewelry, etc.) is within the first 3 business days and within the optimal manufacturing and/or delivery times, and for personal reasons the customer no longer wishes to keep the purchased piece(s), the customer(s) may request a 100% refund of the total amount of cash paid by the customer. (If more than 3 business days have passed, a penalty of 10% of the total payments made will be applied).

The cash refund can only be exercised by the person who made the purchase.

If the piece(s) have been delivered to the customer and at the time of delivery or after 24 hours, the customer expresses dissatisfaction with the design and/or characteristics, and the piece(s) meet all the quality requirements endorsed by “Production”, a cash refund or exchange for another piece will NOT be possible.

No cash refunds or exchanges will be made on jewelry and/or diamond pieces with applied promotions or personalized pieces (provided that said pieces meet the quality requirements endorsed by “Production”).

In the event that a customer receives jewelry items (Shipments) with damaged packaging or boxes, it will be the customer's responsibility to specify this at the time of receiving the order, otherwise the guarantee will no longer be valid.

To validate the return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when they were delivered and in their original packaging.

To make a return, the receipt or invoice for the purchase(s) is required; in the case of a shipment, the customer will absorb the logistics costs.

Parts will be exchanged and/or cash refunds will only be made if the parts are damaged or defective at the time of delivery and/or the parts delivered are not what the customer originally requested.

If the piece(s) have been modified, damaged or handled by a workshop not authorized by “Dídiamant”, no cash refunds and/or exchanges of piece(s) will be possible.

In the event of returns from outside the area, the conditions will be established by Dídiamant's Administration. If the cost of the diamond purchased by the customer exceeds $80,000 MXN, Dídiamant personnel will personally receive the diamond at the corresponding location. (Shipping costs will be covered by the customer until the refund is determined).

The “Returns Policy” may be modified without prior notice to customers.

Dídiamant reserves the right to accept returns that fall outside the conditions set out above.
