Return Policies
This document establishes the returns and exchange policy for pieces, as well as the guidelines under which post-sale service processes are managed.
Dídiamant is committed to providing clear, secure, and timely customer service; however, due to the nature of its products (fine jewelry, diamonds and custom-made pieces), specific conditions apply to any exchange or post-sale request.
General Guidelines
• All sales are final. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Only exchanges or, in authorized cases, store credit may be offered for future purchases within the brand.
• Exchange requests may only be submitted by the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase or invoice.
Voluntary Cancellation and Exchange Requests
• If the order is within the first 3 business days after purchase, and it has not yet been delivered or completed in production, the client may request a product exchange or store credit equivalent to the amount paid.
• After the 3-business-day period, any exchange request will be subject to a 10% penalty fee, which will be applied to the store credit or exchange value.
Post-Delivery Conditions
• Once the piece has been delivered, the client has 24 hours to report any issue related to manufacturing defects or order discrepancies.
• After this period, no exchanges will be accepted unless a verifiable manufacturing defect is identified.
• No exchanges will be granted based on aesthetic preferences, design perception, or personal taste if the piece meets the established quality standards.
Non-Eligible Items for Exchange
• Custom-made or bespoke jewelry pieces.
• Items purchased under promotions, discounts, or special conditions.
• Items that have been modified, repaired, or altered by any third party not authorized by Dídiamant.
Condition of the Piece
• To qualify for any exchange process, the piece must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or invoice is required.
• For shipped orders, all logistics costs must be covered by the customer.
Warranty Cases
• Exchanges will only be granted in cases of verified manufacturing defects or when the delivered item does not match the original order.
Final Considerations
• For out-of-city or remote returns/exchanges, all cases will be reviewed and authorized by Dídiamant’s administrative department.
• The company reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with these conditions.
• This policy may be updated or modified without prior notice.
